Analysis of Tool Wear in GH4169 Material Milling Process

چکیده

Nickel-based superalloy GH4169 is a material with strong mechanical properties and difficult to process. In order reduce tool wear during processing improve the workpiece surface quality, based on finite element simulation software DEFORM, influence of n, ap, fz parameters carbide milling was studied, an orthogonal experimental model established. The prediction obtained. ultrasonic vibration compared ordinary milling, improvement degree different coating materials explored. results showed that signal helpful wear, quality workpiece, stability TiAlN/TiN (WC)-composite-coated tools have good cutting performance, help temperature, life.
